Strained.ai is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
- Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes page views and general geographic information but does not include personally identifiable information.
- Chat interactions: Messages sent through our AI chat feature are processed to generate responses but are not permanently stored or linked to individual users.
- Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending health-related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI)
- We do not require user accounts or registration
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data processing. We use Google Fonts for typography.
